Refund and Delivery Policy

Synth Sirens sells custom digital services and AI persona experiences. Once a digital service or content item has been delivered, purchases are generally final unless payment provider rules or mandatory law require a different result.

Failed delivery

If payment succeeded but the agreed digital experience was not delivered because of a technical issue, contact support in the same private chat where the checkout link was provided.

Duplicate payments

Duplicate or incorrect payments are checked against provider records and handled through the original support channel.
