Refund and Delivery Policy
Delivery is handled in the original private chat after the payment provider confirms that the agreed checkout was paid.
Custom digital orders
Orders are custom digital services or custom digital content agreed in a private chat. Once delivered, they are generally final unless the payment provider's policy or mandatory law requires a different result.
Failed delivery
If a payment was successful but the agreed digital order was not delivered because of a technical or provider issue, reply in the same private chat where the checkout link was provided. Include enough context to identify the order.
Duplicate or wrong payment
If you believe you paid twice or paid the wrong amount, contact support in the original private chat as soon as possible. The order will be checked against payment provider records.
Provider disputes
Any chargeback, payment dispute, or provider-controlled refund process may be handled under the payment provider's own rules.
